START 2023 THE RIGHT WAY!!!

Who has completely over indulged this Christmas? me !!!! 

 

I feel so sluggish and cant fit into any of my jeans!! leggings is all I can wear at the moment I am so bloated!!

 

Soooooooo I'm back with my wake up work outs !!

 

I will be running the classes at 6:30am!!! Monday, Wednesday and Friday!! this gives you a day off in-between so your body can rest!! hehe

 

The last shred I did I felt super strong and got very toned but most importantly it had a huge impact on my mental health! I felt a lot more positive and ate and drank better through out the day!! Win Win!!!

 

The workouts will be on the mat and the only thing you will need is light hand weights, if u don’t have these you can use a tin of beans! Lol

 

It will be HIP Pilates (High Intensity Pilates) so you get all the benefits of Pilates principles but you also get to raise your heart rate and burn some calories and tone up.

 

The next Wake-up Workout programme starts Wednesday 4th January.  Are you joining me?

3 classes per week for 5 weeks

15 classes over 5 weeks plus some bonus extras thrown in. We train at 6.30am, Mon, Wed and Fri.

No special equipment

We are on a mat and the only thing you will need is light hand weights, if u don’t have these you can use a tin of beans!

All classes recorded

You'll get access to the live class as I'll record them. So if you can't make it at 6.30am, don't worry you can watch later.
