About Brett Hayes (TriBreath Head Coach)

Having an interest in human anatomy from around the age of seven, Brett’s passion for the human body began early.


After learning how to tune up and rebuild engines then finishing an electrical trade, in his mid twenties Brett moved full-time into his passion, the human body.


Decades later, now with over thirty years’ experience as a body mechanic (injury repair), healer and teacher, the techniques of regeneration that Brett shares encompass many aspects including breath/mind/body synchronicity, structural alignment, light generation and connection.


He is the Head Coach and Developer of TriBreath, a practice that uses breathing rhythm's (that are as ancient as the human body is) with specific movements and techniques to help tone, fortify and strengthen your body's respiratory, neural and muscle fitness.
