Let's do life together -
If you're feeling overwhelmed by being the perfect, well, everything, then you're in the right place. In addition to being a business owner, I'm managing a household of six AND currently serving in the armed forces. Some days, it feels like too much, and yet when things are balanced, all of it fits perfectly together. I'm looking forward to getting to know you, and spending the next few months together as we make our fitness lives a priority. Let's lead from the front, ladies, and love ourselves along the way.
