I have started, operated, and sold several businesses and I first learned to sell when I was a new (and short term) real estate agent. I then was a licensed multi-line insurance agent (for eight years before becoming a law enforcement officer for 32 years...and as most police officers and firefighters tend to do, I also ran a business on my off-duty time.

You might ask, "How does being a police officer enable me to know about and teach selling techniques?"
