Our Little Lotus class is dedicated to our baby yogis 2-3 to 12 months who are starting to get to know the world while you get to focus on your postnatal recovery and postpartum period.
We work to rebuild your strength with postnatal yoga, integrating poses and techniques beneficial for you and your baby's development, while building a supportive community around you. Classes are 45 minutes in length and includes the babies and crawlers.
Named after the Lotus flower, a symbol of purity, and the Lotus Pose, a resting pose to calm the mind and body and focus on controlled breathing.
