What Is My Commitment?

 

There is no commitment. Your membership is month to month, and you can cancel at any time. In order to cancel, simply email us with the subject line of "Please cancel my membership" no later than 3 business days before your next auto-payment. If you cancel in less than 3 business days of your next auto payment, your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.

What Happens Next?

 

Once we receive news of your membership, you will receive a welcome email within 1-3 business days. That welcome email will include details on how to access the next Weekly Live Training, an onboarding course to access our Virtual Water Cooler. We can't wait for you to join our growing global community!

Will I See Results?

 

Like most things in life, you will only get out of the community what you put in. We have numerous methods for supporting, developing, and challenging you, but you have to do the actual work. Those who show up regularly for the live sessions, who are active and engaged in the Water Cooler, and who approach the content purposefully will absolutely see results.

Will My Employer Approve?

 

We absolutely encourage you to share your journey in this community with your employer and colleagues. In many cases, employers may be happy to sponsor part or all of your membership dues, especially when they see your growth and progress. The results you can achieve will not only benefit you in the long run, but also your employer and your company.
