Do I have to be present when my Cleaning Professional arrives?

 

Our Cleaning Professionals are always happy to meet with you on your initial cleaning. However, we understand that your time is valuable and this may not always be possible. You do not have to be present, simply provide our team with all necessary access instructions and/or alarm codes.

Who will be cleaning my home ?

 

Our Cleaning Professionals are vetted, rigorously trained and undergo regular quality assurance checks in order to be certified to clean your home. In addition, each of our Cleaning Professionals are background checked, bonded and insured.

What is the difference in a First-Time Deep Clean vs. Recurring Cleaning Service?

 

Each recurring service begins with a first-time Deep Clean (Swift ecoClean). At your first visit we take the time to prepare your home for the perfect start to recurring service by focusing on the areas often neglected such as baseboards, the inside of the refrigerator, and tile & grout.

Because first-time deep cleans will consists of a more extensive checklist, these cleanings require more time for our team to complete. Upon confirming your booking, the price reflected below gives you the total for your deep clean visit. Once you’ve selected your frequency of recurring service, one our Customer Care Specialists will follow up with you to confirm your preferred scheduling and ongoing discounted recurring cleaning service rate.

When will I be charged?

 

A hold will be place on your card at the time of booking. Upon completion of your cleaning, you will receive an invoice for your service. You may opt to leave a tip for your cleaning Professional at the time of payment. Any unpaid invoices will be charged at the close of business for your day service.
