Who are we?

Dr. Jon Peterson  and Alyson Peterson are a husband and wife coaching team.  They firmly believe that mental and physical health are linked, and it's impossible to achieve optimal health without addressing both.  Through years of health struggles (both mental and physical) they searched for answers, only to continually be given prescriptions.
