Dr. Marcea Whitaker
Award-winning international keynote speaker, physician, master destiny life coach, and author, Dr. Marcea Whitaker is one of the most empowering and engaging voices in motivational speaking today! Niya S. Hamilton, MBA is a native Philadelphian and Principal Consultant of Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC -- an operating company of Niya Shenell Holdings LLC. She possesses seventeen years’ experience in the public and private sectors as a financial analyst, serving the last nine years in Grants and Fiscal Management. Her expertise has been recognized and sought after by several HR firms in the Philadelphia region where she is contracted for short and long-term finance and budget engagements.
Ms. Hamilton is the former Board Chair of Urbanstead Francisville Farm in Philadelphia, PA, where she successfully managed and provided leadership in its board vetting and selection processes, best practices, and diversity and inclusion efforts. As Board Chair, Niya cultivated strategic partnerships with regional businesses through community-focused initiatives. In her consultancy, clients receive the same high-level supports, insight, and detail to navigate, manage, and implement strategies into their businesses.
Ms. Hamilton is a HBCU alumna of Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; and earned her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Philadelphia, PA.
Ms. Hamilton is an individual member of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) and a Standards for Excellence PA Licensed Consultant® out of Harrisburg, PA; as well as a national Standards for Excellence Institute® licensed consultant through Maryland Nonprofits out of Baltimore, MD.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with family.
Abigale Harry is the co-founder of Collab Partners, LLC., an independent consulting company specializing in strategic planning, program planning, small business, and nonprofit consulting.
Abigale has over 20 years of experience working with nonprofits in the US and Caribbean region through the development of programs and initiatives focusing on chronic disease management, HIV prevention, digital literacy, adult education, and youth development.
Abigale is an alumna of Howard University with a BSc in Health Management and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Trinidad and Tobago. She is a current member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Pennsylvania Chapter and acts as the Chair of the Grants Committee.
Traci M. Smith is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Traci's Bio. She is a dynamic empowerment speaker who is motivating the masses. Traci is a five-time Author of The Pink Sister Chronicles and a Certified Life Coach. She is an entrepreneur at heart, standing as the C. F. O of Creative Minds and Each One Teach One Childcare Centers and the C. F. O of Creative Minds Christian Academy. Traci is a lover of people, God-Fearing, a mother, and a Breast Cancer Survivor.
Traci's mission is to help cancer survivors build a better future. She believes that the greater the support, the more empowered women feel to take control of their mental, spiritual, and physical health. Out of this desire, she has founded Traci's Bio.
Bio (Beautiful Inside and Out) is a 501c3 organization dedicated to providing breast cancer survivors with services and resources to assist them with the life-changing obstacles that come with the words, "You have breast cancer." Traci, too, was told these words resulting in her determination to survive and thrive and bring others alongside her.
Over the past five years, Traci's Bio has grown tremendously. Bio began serving over 500+ women with photo shoots, hair/ make-up and make-overs, chemo and radiation support, transportation, and other support services. Traci's Bio has become a platform for survivors to tell their stories as co-authors through the Pink Sister Chronicles series of anthologies.
Since the launch of The Pink Sister's Chronicles, Traci has co-authored and published five books that have brought awareness to African American communities highly impacted by breast cancer. She believes improving public awareness of breast cancer and encouraging health behavior changes are essential aspects of cancer control and healing.
Throughout this journey, Traci received numerous awards. The strength of Traci's achievement is rooted in the depth of her passion for others to win. As a result of this passion, she was honored with the Madam C. J. Walker Entrepreneur Award.
Traci's work within the survivor's community has been recognized through countless newspaper articles, radio stations, and national television. Traci has yet to reach her limit, and this is only the beginning for her and her team.
Traci and the BIO team will continue to expand the mission and provide services to the cancer community.
My name is Dahn-Rai Hulin and I’m from Boston, MA. I currently work as a principal set customer and I love my career. It’s extremely fulfilling to know that you have a part in helping a tv or movie production come to life.
My hobbies are reading, meditating, and working out. Fitness is a major part of my life. My passions include fashion and empowering women. I have started a non-profit, HERwalk, that I’m looking to grow. I plan on adding a life coach role to my resume in order to assist women in need.
I'm looking to help uplift those women who are in need.
Lynette Trawick is a Philadelphia native and a Maryland resident, a Christian, a wife, and a mother of 11. She is a Kingdom Entrepreneur with a deep passion and desire to serve her community in many different aspects. She has a large heart, full of love that she wants to give.
Lynette is the author of From Diagnosis to Destiny, an emotional memoir that documents her life since being diagnosed with HIV in 2008. She is the Founder and Executive Director of I Am U, Inc. Through I Am U, Lynette guides and encourages women to live their lives beyond their HIV diagnosis.
She also creates unique platforms to support serodiscordant couples and children of parents who have been diagnosed with HIV. Lynette educates through workshops, presentations, skits and other creative methods. She has facilitated and co-facilitated workshops on topics varying from HIV/AIDS, healthy relationships, abstinence, and others to a variety of audiences, both faith based and non-faith based.
In December 2021, Lynette was named one of the 2021 Poz 100 in celebration of Black HIV Advocates. She has been the Keynote Speaker at Breaking Barriers and Do the Right Thing 4 Life, a panelist at AIDS Delaware World AIDS Day and The Red Pump Foundation’s national tour. Lynette was honored as one of the 2018 WDAS Women of Excellence and Shero and she received the 2018 Mary J. Blige Award for
Perseverance and Courage. She was also a semifinalist for the 2018 KYW Women’s Achievement Award.
In April 2018, she created a social media campaign entitled #MedicationMotivation to support and encourage individuals who take medication to persevere, no matter how hard it may seem.
In February 2020, Lynette began a venture as an Herbalife Wellness Coach. She helps individuals reach their health goals through nutrition education, exercise, and personal goal setting.
She is also the owner of Transformation Wellness Club (TWC), a mobile nutrition club that delivers healthy shakes, drinks and snacks to customers in the Baltimore County area. Lynette uses her personal testimonies to empower the masses in a genuine and powerful way.
