Identifying your triggers is key. Were you triggered because of abandonment, rejection, abuse (physical, emotional, mentally), or addiction? Each one of these areas have different triggers within them that cause a person to see life from a different view.

 




What is important to you in your life can cause you to become comfortable with your surroundings, thereby creating a comfort zone of fear of life. 


Taking the steps to go from Identification of those triggers to the reason for those triggers, then moving beyond those triggers is key to allowing yourself freedom from those chains of triggers.

 

 

 

There are several methods used to remove yourself from a situation.
1. Take a break from the chaos life is handing you.
2. Start seeing the humor in all the drama.
3. Ask yourself, why is this bothering me?
4. Always stay present in your emotions and feelings.

 

These are the Geiger counters of your being. Do not ignore those feelings.

 

 

 

Emotions are a temperature  gauge in our lives. There are critical emotions that can be extremely helpful in maintaining your "cool" in responses, or triggering you to respond in defensive, sarcastic, rude, and or just plain nasty ways.


As you spend time understanding why you respond to certain circumstances, it show you the key to solving the puzzle in your life.

 

When you recognized that there are certain situations out of your control, your mental capacity, your age, or physical control, you will be able to begin receiving your freedom back.
