At Woah's, you are not just a customer;  you are our special guest.



1.  What type of events does Woah serve? 

We enjoy bringing the Woah's experience to all sorts of special events.  Graduation, Birthdays and Anniversary parties as well as  Weddings, Company Meetings, Community and Church Events.  Wherever there are good people hungry for a good time and a great food, Woah's can be there!


2.  What forms of payment do you accept? 

We currently accept Cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express


3.  Is there a minimum required for booking a food truck event? 

Yes, our food and beverage minimum for all events is $2500. For Hosted events, additional service charges, sales tax, & travel fee may apply.


4.  What is the difference between "private", "hosted" and "public" events? 

Basically, it’s just who is paying for stuff.  A Hosted event is paid for in full by the event host and the event guests can keep their wallets tucked away. For both Private and Public events, each guest will pay for their own grub.  The difference is a Private event is for invited guests only (for example, a company party) while a Public event is open to everybody (such as a carnival or street fair).


5.  Is my deposit refundable?

Woah's requires a 50% deposit to secure any event. If you decide to cancel your event: 

-60 or more days prior to the event date, the full deposit will be refunded


-30-59 days prior to event, ½ of the deposit will be refunded

-29 days or less prior to event, the full deposit will be retained by Woah's.


Raincheck policy: If your event cannot be held due to weather or acts of God, Woah's will work with you to reschedule the event to a different available date as close to the original date as possible. 


6.  When do you need final numbers for my event?

Upon signing of the Catering/Event contract, a final number will be required. Fees will be assessed based on the contracted/guaranteed number of attendees. The final number can be adjusted up to 30 days leading up to the event. 


7. Do you offer staffing for catered events?

 Yes, we offer full staffing for catered events upon request. We also offer drop off /set up services for large events and direct customer pick-up (from our location) for smaller events.


8.  How do I book a food truck or catered event?

To book an event or request for the Food Truck at your event please complete the Food truck inquiry form or Catering Inquiry form. Just scroll up and click the appropriate button.


9. How can I book a Private Party? 

To book a private party, first complete our inquiry form HERE. You will be contacted to discuss your party details, pay your deposit and your private party will be reserved.
